为确定黔南烟区烤烟生长和品质形成的适宜施钼量，在黔南多地区采用大田试验研究了不同施钼量对烤烟常见化学成分、香气成分、经济性状和评吸结果的影响。结果表明，施钼一定程度上促进了叶长和叶宽的增加；随施钼量提高，烟碱和总氮含量普遍降低，而还原糖和总糖含量有增加趋势；施钼提高了烟叶香气指数，产量和产值均有增加，明显降低了杂色烟比率。黔南缺钼烟区施钼量以每株施用80 mL烟草专用钼肥稀释液（MoO32 mg/株），烟叶品质较高，综合表现较好。%In order to determineoptimummolybdenumapplication ratefor flue-cured tobacco,field experiments on growth, chemical components,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco werecarried outinQiannan tobacco area.The results showed that the contentsof nicotine and total nitrogen decreasedbutthe reducing sugar and total sugar increased with the increasing of molybdenum rates. The amounts of aroma components,yield and output value increased by molybdenum,and the ratio of variegated tobacco decreased.Based on the analysis on chemical components, aroma component, economicattributesand smokingevaluationof tobacco leaves, theoptimum molybdenum rate was80mL(2mgMoO3)perplantofspecial fertilizer dilution for flue-curedtobacco in Qiannan area.
