种植密度对鳄嘴花(Clinacanthus nutans)生长动态及生物量分配的影响研究

         

摘要

通过不同种植密度对鳄嘴花生长动态和生物量分配的影响研究得到,5×5组生根率较大,而种植密度过于稀疏将严重影响鳄嘴花根系的形成和生长,甚至导致植株死亡.鳄嘴花叶片在15 ×15组表现出较高的叶片数量.但是较高或较低的种植密度均导致鳄嘴花叶片数量下降,且表现出显著差异性(P<0. 05).但是不同种植密度的鳄嘴花叶片叶绿素a、b浓度、相对叶绿素含量均不显著(P>0. 05).10×10组(或15 ×15组)的枝条长度较长、枝条数和枝节数较均较多,而2×2组(15×15组的枝节数也较少)的枝条长度均较短、枝条数和枝节数较均较少.地上空间资源充足减轻了由于密度制约带来的生长限制,更有利于鳄嘴花地上部分的生长.但是茎围的变化与以上3个指标存在一定的差异性.15 ×15组根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量、总生物量以及茎生物量分配比例和叶生物量分配比例均较高,而2 ×2组均较低.随着种植株行距增大,鳄嘴花的根冠比和根的生物量分配比例均逐渐下降.说明在高种植密度环境下鳄嘴花将更多的光合产物向地下部分,以保证根的生长来吸收更多的水分及其他营养物质.%By researching on the effects of planting density on growing dynamic and biomass distribution of Clinacanthus nutans, 5 × 5 group had the highest rooting percentage around all of the treatments, too sparse density of palntation may restrict the plant rooting severely, even died. There was the highest number of leaves in 15 × 15 group in this study. However, higher or lower planting density also could reduce the leaves, and ANOVA results showed that there were significant differences (P <0. 05) between each of them. But the concentration of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and the relative chlorophyll content of Clinacanthus nutans had not significant differences(P > 0. 05) between different plant densities. The 10 × 10 group (or 15 x 15 group) had the longest branch length and the largest number of branch and internode of Clinacanthus nutans, while 2 ×2 group (15 x 15 group also had the least number of internode) had the shortest branch length and the least number of branch and internode of Clinacanthus nutans. The results above indicated that the adequate over - ground space resources alleviate the growth restriction which generated by density dependence, and it was more in favour of growing for the over - ground part of Clinacanthus nutans. But the stem diameter was different with the 3 indicators above. The root biomass, stem biomass, leaf biomass, total biomass and the stem and leaf biomass distribution percentage always had the highest number while 2x2 group was the lowest one. The root cap ratio and root biomass distribution percentage decreased gradually when planting space increased. It meant that Clinacanthus nutans transported more photosynthetic products to its under - ground part when in a high planting density position in order to ensure the root growing for absorbing more water and other nutrients.
