With the tremendous promotion of prefabricated construction, the prefabricated concrete components of"high strength, long durability, econo-my, and beauty"are definitely largely applied in residential buildings and municipal engineering. This paper summaries, analyzes and verifies the bubble problems of different degrees on prefabricated concrete components surface in a workshop, and points out the causes and improvement key points at tech-nical and production stages.%随着装配式建筑的大力推广，“高强、耐久、经济、美观”的装配式混凝土构件必将广泛应用于房建及市政工程中。该文针对某车间生产的装配式混凝土构件表面出现的不同程度的气泡问题进行了总结分析和中试试验验证，指出了装配式混凝土构件表面气泡问题产生的原因、技术角度和生产环节改善的关键。
