沼气实时监测预防报警系统设计

         

摘要

With the arrival of the energy crisis,marsh gas,as a new energy,has a great development,but its instability brings very big hidden trouble of safety.A kind of real-time monitoring and alarming system for marsh gas detection has been designed to solve the problem.With the MQ-4 methane sensor and MG-811 carbon dioxide sensor,it firstly gets the signal acquisition;secondly,with the signal conditioning circuit,it obtains the stable voltage signal,and then the voltage signals are converted into digital signals through the TLC2543 12 bit AD converter,and then are send to the microcontroller for processing.At last,its concentration will be shown in 12864 LCD and the alarm signal will be output by I/O.The device is proven to have high precision,good warning effect.It has a good application value.%随着能源危机的到来,沼气作为一种新生的能源得到很大的发展,但是沼气的不稳定性带来很大安全隐患.为此设计了一种沼气实时监测报警系统实现对沼气的实时检测,利用MQ-4甲烷传感器、MG-811二氧化碳传感器采集信号,经过信号调理电路处理得到稳定的电压信号,然后通过TLC2543 12位A D转换器将电压信号转换成为数字信号.然后送入单片机进行处理,在12864液晶上显示其浓度并通过I O输出报警信号.实践证明,该装置测试精度高、预警防护效果好.具有很好的应用价值.
