课程思政:从理论基础到制度构建

         

摘要

The construction of ideological and political education course has its own internal theoretical logic, which can be scientifically demonstrated from the three levels of Marxist systematic thinking, human comprehensive development theory and the effective teaching theory.At present, in the process of promoting ideological and political education course, Chinese colleges and universities are faced with four levels of practical problems such as lack of consciousness and ability, shortage of resources and synergy.To effectively solve these problems, colleges and universities must adhere to the scientific guidelines of Marxist theory, and from the perspective of promoting the scientific development of curriculum, the colleges and universities have to focus on the formation of five major institutional systems, that is, the system of concept guiding, responsibility implementation, coordination, resource integration system, and dynamic evaluation system, in order to provide a solid institutional guarantee for the deepening of development of the course ideological and political education.%课程思政建设有其内在的理论逻辑,可以从马克思主义经典作家有关人的全面发展理论、课程文化发展理论以及有效教学理论3个层面做出科学论证.高校在推进课程思政建设的过程中,面临着意识缺失、能力不足、资源短缺和协同乏力4个层面的问题.为解决这些问题,高校必须在马克思主义理论的科学指引下,从推进课程发展科学化的角度出发,着力形成理念引导制度、责任落实制度、协同配合制度、资源整合制度和动态评估制度等五大制度体系,为课程思政的深化提供坚实的制度保障.
