长江学者可以复制吗——关于《教育学科高层次人才成长规律探究》的商榷

         

摘要

Laws, one of the most important form of scientification, is something internal, stable, and inevitable to contact, with the exploring method of following the scientific discipline, the procedures and results tortured by history and logic.In respect of a discussion with the Analysis of Growth Laws of High-level Talents in Education Discipline, the deficiency in relation to the definition deviation about core conception, the lack of scientification and the tropism of question value weaken the efficiency of conclusion extremely.The attempt to explore the growth pattern of high-level talents in education discipline should be established on the basis of a large number of experiments with the rigorous efficient scientific method, analyzing the internal and external variables and their relation, and it would be possible to obtain the general and universal laws.%规律是事物内部本质的、稳定的、必然的联系,是科学化最重要的表现形式之一,对其探寻须遵循科学法则,如此程序和结果才经得起历史和逻辑的拷问.通过对《教育学科高层次人才成长规律探究》一文的检视,发现其存在核心概念立论偏差、分析方法科学化程度不高、研究问题取向漂移等不足,极大削弱了研究结论的信度和价值.对教育学科高层次人才成长规律的探索,应建立在大量样本实验基础上,运用科学的研究方法,充分挖掘内外部影响因素及其之间的关系,方有可能找出具有一般性和普适性的必然规律.
