建筑业作为吸纳外来务工人员的主流产业之一,关于其外来工居住空间的研究却远远滞后于制造业和商贸服务业.因此本文以南京市为例,以房源供给模式为主线,从中遴选工棚型、宿舍型和自租型三类主导居住方式作为典型代表,展开多层面的居住空间比较研究,进而提出相应的改善策略,旨在形成对建筑业外来务工人员居住空间的系统认知.%Construction industry is one of the mainstream industries attracting migrant-workers,but study on the living space of migrant workers in the industry has lagged far behind that of manufacturing and commerce service industries.Taking Nanjing as example and with the housing-supply mode as the main line,this paper provides not only an overall comparative study on living space,but also corresponding measures to improve living space for migrant workers,with shed-type,dormitory-type,and rental-type as the dominant living modes,in order to establish a systematic understanding about the living space of migrant workers in construction industry.
