3T-AF/BAF-MBR-RO组合工艺处理焦化废水中试研究

         

摘要

介绍了"3T-AF/BAF(固定化高效微生物滤池)+MBR(膜生物反应器)+RO(反渗透)"组合工艺用于焦化废水深度处理的试验研究情况.采用固定化高效微生物滤池可适应高氨氮、高盐分负荷下的生化处理;采用膜生物反应器,起到生化的后处理和反渗透预处理的双重作用;采用反渗透去除各种盐类,制取脱盐水.试验结果表明:在进水COFcr质量浓度高达4 000 mg/L、NH3-N 400mg/L、挥发酚质量浓度30mg/L时,RO出水COD<20mg/L、NH3-N<5mg/L、挥发酚质量浓度<0.012mg/L,为工业化应用提供了相关参数和依据.%The 5~10m3/d capacity pilot test of the combined process of 3T-AF/BAF-MBR (membrane bioreactor)-RO(reverse osmosis) for deep processing of coking wastewater was introduced.The immobilized high-efficient microorganism filter tank was adopted, to meet the biotreatment requirement of high content of ammonia-nitrogen and salt, and adopted also was the membrane reactor, which played the double role of aftertreatment of biotreatment and the pretreatment of reverse osmosis which can remove various salts to obtain demineralized water.The test result showed that this combined process was very effective and the RO system could be operated stably for a long time.When the CODcr mass concentration of the incoming water reached 4 000mg/L, NH3-N: 400mg/L,and the concentration of the volatile matter: 30mg/L, the quality of the RO outgoing water could be COD<2Omg/L, NH3N<5mg/L, and volatile matter <0.012mg/L.This provides relevant parameters and basis for the commercial utilizatian of this process.
