起泡剂对溶液中气泡形状和速度的影响研究

         

摘要

Four kinds of surfactant were employed to adjust surface tension of the solution, including 1-pentanol, methyl isobutyl carbinol ( MIBC), 2-Octanol, Polypropylene glycol ( PPG). The effect of surfactant on bubble shape and velocity was studied using a single bubble motion behavior observation system in two-phase system. The results show that, the max velocity of bubbles in a given time depends on frother type and concentration, and the max velocity decreases with increasing frother concentration and surface activity. Besides, the effect of frother on bubble shape is similar to the velocity, and the degree of shape deformation decreases with increasing frother concentration and surface activity.%以正戊醇、甲基异丁基甲醇( MIBC)、仲辛醇、聚丙二醇( PPG)四种醇类起泡剂为试验对象,测试了四种起泡剂溶液中表面张力随浓度的变化规律,并利用自制的单气泡运动行为观测系统研究了气液两相体系中起泡剂种类和浓度对气泡形状和速度的影响。结果表明:一定时间内气泡加速所达到的最大速度取决于起泡剂的种类和浓度;随起泡剂浓度的增加,气泡的最大速度逐渐减小;相同浓度下,起泡剂的表面活性越强,气泡的最大速度越小。起泡剂对气泡形状的影响与其对速度的影响相似,随浓度的增加,形变度减小,且表面活性越强,形变度减小程度越大。
