Field operated drill rigs are scattered throughout the country with rather complicated surrounding environments. During the operation, since lack of timely and effective monitoring, operation accidents are of frequent occurrence, thus leaving a hidden trouble for safety in production. The remote video monitoring system is an integrated daily production management, safety protection, accident prevention and emergency rescue command comprehensive dynamic video monitoring system platform. It is a video information acquisi⁃tion system to assimilate computer network, mechanics of communication, video compression technology and decision support system and otherwise modern technology in one. In the actual application, a safety production dispatch command center platform sets up in the production department of the bureau, branch platforms in each team’s production department, and information acquisition terminals in each drill of teams.
