煤炭机械化采制样PLC控制系统的设计方法初探

         

摘要

基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)可为工业控制领域的自动化控制设备提供安全、可靠的控制保证,介绍了PLC控制系统设计的基本原则及基本内容,阐述了系统工艺及控制系统的设计要求,从硬件选型、软件设计两方面选择PLC类型,并从初级采样器、皮带缩分器、样品收集器及其他设备、操作模式、故障报警等方面分析控制对象及确定控制范围,通过调整各环节的工艺参数使采制样系统缩分比、留样量正常从而完成系统的总装调试.%Because that the PLC could provide safe and reliable control guarantee for automatic control equipment in industry control field,this paper analyzed the basic principles and basic contents of PLC control system design,the system process and the design requirements of control system were demonstrated,from aspects such as hardware selection and software design,the PLC type could be selected,and from aspects like primary sampler,belt division machine,sample collector and other equipment,operation mode,fault alerts and so on,the control target was analyzed,the control range was determined,through adjusting the process parameters of every stage,the division ratio of sampling and sample preparation system and sample retention amount could become normal,so that the assembly debugging of the system could be achieved.
