煤质综合在线检测技术在凤凰山矿选煤厂的应用研究

         

摘要

基于晋城煤业凤凰山矿选煤厂的工艺流程及对胶带上粒度小于13 mm 的末煤进行煤质在线检测的实际需求,设计出一套与机械化采制样系统相融合的煤质在线分析系统,阐述了该煤质在线分析系统的设备组成、设备性能参数及系统技术创新点,并重点介绍了在线灰分仪、在线水分仪、配套机械化采制样系统、电控系统、工业电视系统等系统设备组成,其配套机械化采制样系统包括初级采样器、胶带给料机、胶带缩分机、旋转式缩分器、样品收集设备、斗提机。系统融合了煤质在线分析功能和机械化采制样功能,可保证产品仓的煤质稳定性,同时实现输煤胶带的机械化采制样及收集样品供分析和留存之用。现场实际应用经验表明,该煤质综合在线检测技术在凤凰山矿选煤厂起到了控制商品煤品质、提高采样精度、消除采样作业危险的作用,经鉴定该系统性能达到了标准要求。%Based on the process flow of coal washery of Fenghuangshan coal mine in Jincheng anthracite mining group,and the actual requirement of coal quality online analysis of slack coal(smaller than 13mm)on the belt,a coal quality online analyzing system which was combined with the mechanized sampling and sample preparation system was designed, this paper demonstrated the equipment constitution, performance parameters of equipment and system technological creative points of this coal quality online analysis system,at the same time,the systematic equipments such as online ash content analyzer, online moisture content analyzer,supplementary mechanized sampling and sample preparation system,electronic control systems and industrial television system were stressed, and the supplementary mechanized sampling and sample preparation system included the primary samplers,belt feeder,belt division machine,the rotary division machine,sample collection equipment and bucket elevator.This system merged the coal quality online analyzing function and mechanized sampling and sample preparation function,so that the coal quality stability of product warehouse could be ensured,meanwhile,the mechanized sampling and sample preparation of coal transportation belt could be realized,as well as the sample collection for analyzing and preservation. The actual application experience in the scene showed that,the coal quality comprehensive online testing technology played roles such as controlling commercial coal quality,improving sampling precision and eliminating the risk of sampling work,through appraisal,we could see that it could meet the requirements of national standards.
