From aspects such as Quasi outliers determination, Grubbs critical value finding, recognition and removing of abnormal data,repeat recognition and abnormal data removing,the Grubbs low method and utilization on spot were introduced simply,abnormal data of online ash content analyzer was treated using Grubbs method,using Grubbs method to remove the abnormal samples of ash content analyzer was better than using mean square error method or root mean square error method.%从求出拟似异常值的、格拉布斯临界值的查询、异常数据的识别与排除、重复识别与排除异常数据等方面简单介绍了格拉布斯准则法及其现场使用，即采用格拉布斯法对在线灰分仪的异常数据进行处理，用格拉布斯法排除灰分仪异常样本比均方差或均方根差算法更具优越性。
