焦化萘油制备高效气化水煤浆添加剂研究

         

摘要

In order to broaden the sources of synthetic raw materials and improve the cost performance,we used the coking naphthalene oil fraction as the main raw material,and designed and synthetized a type of efficient gasification coal water mixture additive.Using single factor method, the main synthesis parameters like sulfonation temperature, sulfonation time, condensation temperature and condensation time were researched, through the slurry ability experiment, the optimal synthesis conditions could be determined, and the comparison with naphthalene efficient coal water mixture additive was done,the feasibility and advantages of using naphthalene oil in synthesis of efficient gasification coal water mixture additive were discussed.The results showed that: the synthesis should be carried on when the sulfonation temperature was 160 ℃, the sulfonation time was 2. 5 h,the condensation temperature was 105 ℃,and the condensation time was 5h, the dispersion performance was equal to the naphthalene additive, and the cost was reduced, so that the synthetized naphthalene oil efficient gasification coal water mixture additive had the obvious value for market application.%为拓宽水煤浆添加剂的合成原料来源及提高其性价比,以焦化萘油馏分为主要原料,设计并合成了一种高效气化水煤浆添加剂。采用单因素法对磺化温度、磺化时间、缩合温度、缩合时间等主要合成工艺参数进行研究,通过成浆性试验确定最优合成条件,并与萘系高效水煤浆添加剂进行对比,探讨了萘油用于合成高效气化水煤浆添加剂的可行性及优势。研究结果表明:在磺化温度160℃、磺化时间2.5 h 及缩合温度105℃、缩合时间5 h 条件下的合成产物,其分散性能与萘系添加剂相当,且其成本大幅度降低,即合成的萘油高效气化水煤浆添加剂具有明显的市场应用价值。
