综放工作面过空巷技术研究及应用

         

摘要

针对综放工作面过空巷受到超前采动支承压力影响,造成空巷围岩塑性区和破碎区范围扩大,易引发大面积的冒顶和片帮的问题,采用FLAC3D软件对比分析了工作面回采过程中,在木垛支护、锚杆支护和高水充填材料充填3种支护方式下的空巷围岩稳定性,得到了3种支护方式下,围岩应力、巷道变形以及塑性区分布特征,最终确定高水材料充填为优选支护方式.基于不同水灰比高水充填材料的性质,确定了高水材料充填施工方案,并进行了综放工作面过空巷充填工业性试验.结果表明,过空巷期间工作面液压支架工作阻力仅增加3.5%,工作面过空巷后,压力恢复到正常值,未出现异常的矿压显现,充填过空巷效果良好.%According to the support pressure of the advanced mining affected to the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face passing through the mine abandoned roadway,a scope expansion of the plastic zone and broken zone were occurred in the surrounding rock of the mine abandoned roadway and large area roof falling and spalling problems were easily occurred.A FLAC3D software was applied to the comparison analysis on the surrounding rock stability of the mine abandoned roadway under three support methods of the timber support,bolt support and high water content material backfill during coal mining.The surrounding rock stress,the mine roadway deformation and the plastic zone distribution features were obtained under the three support methods.The high water content material backfill was finally determined as the optimized support method.Based on the features of the high water content backfill material with a different water and cement ratio,a construction plan of the high water content material backfill was set up and a backfill industrial trial of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face passing through the mine abandoned roadway was conducted.The results showed that during the coal mining face passing through the mine abandoned roadway,the working resistance of the hydraulic powered support was only increased by 3.5%.After the coal mining passed through the mine abandoned roadway,the pressure of the hydraulic powered support was recovered to the normal value,there was no abnormal mine strata behavior occurred and the backfill effect of the abandoned roadway was excellent.
