元堡长焰煤煤焦-二氧化碳气化特性研究

         

摘要

为考察元堡长焰煤煤焦的二氧化碳气化反应特性,采用自制的大剂量热天平,运用等温热重技术,在温度800~1100℃内,进行了块状煤焦-CO2气化试验。结果表明,在1000℃以下,温度对反应速率影响较小,反应开始时气化速率较低,随时间延长呈现先升高后降低的趋势,但变化幅度较小;温度超过1000℃后,气化速率随温度变化明显,且在反应初期即达到最大值,随后反应速率逐渐降低。采用混合反应模型对试验数据进行处理,求得元堡煤焦-CO2气化反应活化能为96.8 kJ/mol,采用等转化率法计算得到气化反应活化能为84.3~117.5 kJ/mol,两者的计算结果基本相符,初步证明元堡煤焦-CO2气化反应动力学模型符合混合反应模型。%In order to investigate the CO2 gasification reaction characteristics from Yuanbao candle coal char, a self-made high dose thermobalance and isothermal thermogravimetry technology were applied to the lump coal char-CO2 gasification experiments within 800~1 100℃. The results showed that when the temperature was below 1 000℃, the temperature would be less affected to the reaction rate. At the initial time of the reaction, the gasification rate was low, would be steadily increased and then steadily reduced in tendency with the time passed and the variation range would be small. When the temperature was over 1 000 ℃, the gasification rate would be varied obviously with the temperature, would reach at the max value at the initial period of the reaction and then the reaction rate would be steadily reduced. A mixed reaction model was applied to the processing of the experiment data. The activation energy of the CO2 gasification obtained with Yuanbao candle coal was 96. 8 kJ/mol. Meanwhile the activation energy of the CO2 gasification calculated with the isoconversional method was 84. 3~117. 5 kJ/mol. The calculation results of the two methods were fitted. The kinetics model of the CO2 gasification reaction could be preliminarily met with the mixed reaction model.
