井底车场与副井马头门贯通控制爆破技术

         

摘要

为解决深井马头门车场内巷道贯通爆破施工中遇到的爆破振动、围岩失稳和爆破飞石危害等问题,根据井下岩层特点,提出了分段设计、分层施工和导洞爆破开挖技术相结合的施工方案。采用毫秒微差爆破、中间导洞、四周爆破扩帮及周边光面爆破等控制爆破技术,分别对马头门车场巷道上层和下层贯通区进行爆破作业。实践证明,采用小循环、小药量、分层、分区爆破法有效地控制了爆破飞石和振动对井壁、周边围岩和永久支护的影响,确保了施工安全、质量和工期。%In order to solve the blasting vibration, surrounding rock stability lost and blasting rock flying problems occurred in the blasting operations for the connection between the deep mine shaft ingate and the shaft bottom, according to the rock strata features in the underground mine, a combined construction plan with the sectional design, slicing construction and pilot blasting and excavation technology was provided. A millisecond delay blasting, central pilot, circumference blasting and circumference smooth blasting and series controlled blasting technology were applied to the blasting operations of the top and low connection area for the ingate and the shaft bottom roadway. The practices showed that the blasting method with a small circulation, a small quantity explosives, slicing and section could effectively control the blasting rock flying and the vibration affected to the mine shaft liner, surrounding rocks and permanent support and could ensure the construction safety, quality and construction period.
