突出煤层工作面沿空留巷修复技术

         

摘要

In order to solve the sidewall cracking of the gateway retained along the goaf, roof subsidence value and the floor heave value problems in the two gateways of No. 103 coal mining face in Wolonghu Mine, with an application of a theoretical analysis and site practices combined method, the technical measures including the full section shield support of the gateway, sidewall shotereting reinforcement df the gateway retained along goal, H type steel supports set in the roof broken section, floor bolting and others were provided. The results showed that at 0 - 60 m section between No. 102 coal mining face and No. 104 coal mining face, the deformation value of the two sidewalls in the gateway was 500 mm in average and the deformation of the gateway surrounding rock was serious. At the section of 60 - 150 m, the deformation value of the two sidewalls in the gateway was 120 mm in average. The deformation of the gateway surrounding rock was moder- ate. The two gateways could meet the site production requirements during the mining operation period of the coal mining face.%为解决卧龙湖煤矿103工作面上下巷留巷期间墙体开裂、巷道顶板下沉量及底鼓量均大等问题,采用理论分析和现场实践相结合的方法,提出了巷道全断面挑棚支护、留巷墙体喷浆加固、局部顶板破碎地段架设工字钢棚、加打底板锚杆等支护技术措施。结果表明:距离102、104工作面0~60 m,巷道两帮平均移近量500 mm,巷道围岩变形剧烈;在60~150 m段,巷道两帮平均移近量120 mm,巷道围岩变形缓和,两巷在整个工作面回采服务期间能满足现场生产需要。
