建筑物下压煤开采方案技术经济评价模型研究

         

摘要

In order to solve more and more prominent problems of the mine with great coal seams under surface buildings, technical economy evaluations were conducted on three mining plans of the seams under the surface buildings. The technical and economy analysis and comparison were conducted on the three mining plans, including the mining with village relocation, the backfill mining in underground mine and the strip mining. The economy evaluation model of the three mining plans was established. The analysis results showed that in the coal mining in the medium and thick seams under the surface buildings, the selection sequence of the mining plans were the mining with the village relocation, backfill mining and strip mining. The evaluation model of the mining plans could be well to provide the decisions for the coal mining in seams under surface buildings.%为解决建筑物下压煤量大的问题,对3种建筑物下压煤开采方案,即村庄搬迁开采、井下充填开采、条带开采3种方案进行了技术经济分析比较,建立了3种开采方案的经济评价模型。分析结果表明:在中厚及厚煤层建筑物下压煤开采中,开采方案选择次序为搬迁开采、充填开采、条带开采,所建立的开采方案评价模型能较好地为压煤开采方案选择提供决策。
