According to the watery loose Cretaceous strata high influenced to the mine constructions during the mine constructions in western mine of Inner Mongolia and long construction period problem of the mine shaft with ground freezing method, the conventional mechanized excavation method was applied to replace the ground freezing method for the construction passing through the Cretaceous strata. The paper introduced a fully mechanized integrated conventional construction technology of the mine inclined shaft with the fully mechanized roadheader for heading + small excavator for rock loading + skip transportation. A comprehensive water prevention and control plan with water detective, water table drop, water sealing and water drainage was set up. Two support methods were designed with 36U type steel/ shotcreting + reinforced concrete liner and bolt/steel mesh/shotcreting + reinforced concrete liner. The floor treatment technology of soft rock strata, rock discharging technology, chain jammed treatment technology of the rock discharging system in the mechanized roadheader, transportation safety technology were developed. After above measures conducted, the watery loose features of the strata in the area affected to the mine shaft construction were effectively controlled and the loading and transportation of the rock and other problems were solved.%针对内蒙古西部矿井建设过程中遇到的富水松散白垩纪地层对建井施工影响极大,且采用冻结法施工井筒工期较长的问题,采用普通综掘法施工替代冻结法施工通过白垩纪地层。介绍了综掘机掘进+小型挖掘机装矸+箕斗运送的综合机械一体化斜井井筒普通施工技术,制定了探、降、截、疏等综合防治水方案;设计采用36U型钢喷混凝土+钢筋混凝土砌碹和锚网喷+钢筋混凝土砌碹2种支护方式;研发了软弱岩层底板处理技术、出渣工艺、综掘机排矸链条堵塞处理技术、运输安全技术等。采取上述措施后,有效遏制了该地区地层富水松散特性对井筒施工的不利影响,解决了装载和运输矸石困难等难题。
