高压输电线铁塔采动损害与保护技术现状及展望

         

摘要

In order to fully understand the deformation features of the high voltage transmission line iron tower under the mining influences and to solve the coal mining problem of the mine faced under the high voltage transmission line iron tower, from the study on the surface ground subsidence control, the coal mining practices under the high voltage transmission line iron tower, the mining affected to the high voltage transmission line and the iron tower, the protection technology of the high voltage transmission line iron tower and others, the paper summarized and analyzed the study status of the mining damage and protection technology of the high voltage transmission line iron tower at home and abroad. The analysis results showed the high voltage transmission line iron tower would not be a single isolated building and would be a space structure system consisted with foundation, iron tower structure and conducted line. There was a difference between the deformation law of he iron tower and the general high buildings. The available damage evaluation and protection theory of the buildings and structures in the mining area would not be suitable. The paper pointed out that the coal mining safety protection theory and technical measures under high voltage transmission line iron tower should be studied and established based on the foundation base, iron tower structure and line route coordinated deformation theory.%为了全面了解采动影响下高压输电线铁塔变形特征,解决煤矿面临的高压输电线铁塔压煤开采问题,从地表沉陷控制研究、高压输电线路铁塔下采煤实践、采动对高压输电线路及铁塔影响、高压输电线路铁塔保护技术等方面,总结分析了国内外高压线铁塔采动损害与保护技术的研究现状.分析结果表明:高压输电线路铁塔不是单一孤立的构筑物,而是由地基、基础、铁塔结构和导线等组成的空间结构体系,其变形规律与一般高耸建(构)筑物存在差异,现有采动区建(构)筑物损害评价及保护理论不适合.指出应研究建立基于地基基础、铁塔结构、线路协同变形理论的高压线铁塔下采煤安全防护理论和技术措施.
