This paper is concerned with the thinking model of five-elements theory in Traditional Chiniese Medicine. Based on the feature of five-element systems, by the use of control theory on linear systems, through diagonalizing five- element matrices, the necessary and sufficient conditions of stabilizability and existence of state observer of five-elements systems are derived. Moreover, the corresponding algorithms are given.%研究中医五行学说思维模型，根据五行系统的特点，结合线性系统控制理论，通过把五行矩阵对角化，得到五行系统可镇定的充要条件和状态观测器存在的充要条件，并给出具体的求解算法．
