基于PLC的通风机智能变频调速系统

         

摘要

以煤矿提升机的主电动机通风机控制为设计背景,针对其变频器未能自动根据现场温度调节通风机速度的缺点,采用模糊控制Sugeno型推理系统。通过温度传感器对主电动机的电枢补偿绕组、励磁绕组、前轴承、后轴承温度信号的采集,通过模拟量输入模块传送到PLC内,CPU再对采集到的数据加以模糊化处理,经过模糊推理后再确定输出的控制量,最后PLC把最终的输出传送给变频器,用变频器来控制主电动机的通风机的运转速度,以达到节约电能、保护主审.动机、的目的。该系统还设有超温报警装置、超温安全回路掉电功能。%Takes the main coal mine hoist motor fan control as the design background, the disadvantages that the frequency converter can not automatically adjust fan speed according to spot temperature adjust. The fuzzy control Sugeno type reasoning system is adopted. The main motor armature-boosted system, field copper, fore bearing and back bearing' s temperature signal are collected through temperature sensor. All the collected data are transmitted to PLC by simulation output module. Then the data are fuzzy processed, determinined the controlled quantity, finally transmitted to frequency conveter by PLC. The fan' speed is controlled by main motor, which achieves the aim of save energy and protect main CPU. This system are also equipped with over-temprature alarm device and safe loop power -fail function.
