食品经销商与生产商的食品检验合格率分析--基于网络食品质量安全视角的研究

         

摘要

The paper analyzes the related decisions of food inspection qualification rate from the network food distributors and the food manufacturers by building economic optimization models, and explores the influence factors which could pro⁃mote the network food distributor and the food producer to decide the unit food qualification rate to meet the standards, finding that the optimal unit food qualification rate decided by the food manufacture is negatively affected by the food pur⁃chase price of the network distribution and the unit net loss, while is positively affected by the unit net premium of quali⁃cationfication food unit.%通过建立经济优化模型,本文分析了网络食品经销商与食品生产商的食品质量检验合格率相关决策行为,并对网络食品经销商与食品生产商的单位食品合格率符合标准规范的相关影响因素进行了探析,研究发现,食品生产商决定的最优单位食品合格率,受到网络经销食品采购价格的负向影响、合格食品单位净溢价的正向影响以及净损失的负向影响。
