Knowledge management process has complexity and uncertainty , which needs organization with dynamic capa-bilities to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge management through resource integration and transformation in a turbu -lent market environment .This article explores the effect mechanism of dynamic capabilities on the process effectiveness of knowledge management based on process perspective , and analyzes effect paths of four dimensions of dynamic capabilities on process effectiveness of knowledge management at different stages, to further clean the interrelationship among the dif-ferent processes of knowledge management .%知识管理过程具有一定的复杂性和不确定性, 需要组织拥有动态能力以保障在动荡的市场环境中通过资源整合与转化提升知识管理效力. 本文基于过程的视角探析动态能力对知识管理过程效力的影响机理, 并通过数据分析动态能力四个维度对知识管理不同阶段过程效力的影响路径, 以期进一步清晰知识管理不同过程间的影响关系.
