Vocational colleges as one of the important position in the socialism cultural construction with Chinese characteristics, takes on the historical responsibility of leading the way and the trend. Building a learning party organizations in Vocational colleges should explore from the following four aspects, such as strengthening motivation for learning mechanisms, and improving studying and promoting learning mechanism, in- novating learning and the practical mechanisms, constructin~ the lonz-term learnin~ mechanism.
