There is an increasing number of researchers paying attention to student evaluation of Higher vocational education service quality.The researchers include not only scholars,but also officials,scientific research units,in-termediary agencies.Besides of the introduction and analysis for foreign experience,researchers also do empirical researches.They design questionnaires combined with China conditions of higher vocational education.It is worth noting that ＂student evaluation of service quality＂ is not as same as ＂student satisfaction＂.There are some good ways to promote Chinese students’evaluation of the higher vocational service quality,such as Combining theoreti-cal study with empirical study,more intermediary agencies taking part,comprehensive use of survey methods,more attention on the graduates.%我国对学生评价高职教育服务质量越来越重视,研究者也越来越多,不仅是学者,还有政府部门、科研单位、第三方调查中介等也积极参与;研究者的研究内容层次也逐渐加深,不仅是对国外经验的借鉴和分析,还立足我国国情修正问卷或自主设计问卷在不同范围内进行实证研究。但必须清楚的是,＂学生评价高职教育服务质量＂不同于＂高职学生满意度＂,要想促进学生评价高职教育服务质量的研究,必须理论研究与实证研究相结合,加强中介机构的参与、综合运用多种调查方式,并把毕业生调查作为主体。
