基于模糊逻辑的GEO多波束卫星移动通信系统切换策略研究

         

摘要

In GEO multi-beam satellite mobile communication system,the performance of spotbeam handoff algorithm directly affects the service quality of satellite communication.For the traditional spotbeam handoff algorithms of terrestrial cellular mobile system and LEO satellite mobile communication system couldn't be applicable to high dynamic mobile users in GEO multi-beam satellite mobile communication system,by combing the system characteristic,and comprehensively considering the relative received-signal strength and the velocity and spotbeam radius ratio of the mobile user,the spotbeam handoff strategy based on fuzzy logic is proposed.Compared with traditional algorithms,the proposed strategy could significantly decrease the failure times of spotbeam handoff under the same velocity,prevent the unnecessary communication interruption and has a better adaptability to highly-dynamical mobile users.%在GEO多波束卫星移动通信系统中,波束切换算法的好坏直接影响卫星通信质量.针对地面蜂窝移动系统和低轨卫星移动通信系统中的传统波束切换算法无法适用于GEO多波束卫星移动通信系统中的高动态移动用户的问题,结合系统特点,综合考虑移动用户相对信号强度、运动速度和波束半径比,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑的波束切换策略.与传统算法相比,所提波束切换策略在相同运动速度下具有更低的切换失败次数,避免了过多的通信中断,对高动态移动用户具有更好的适应性.
