Taking into account the complexity of its structure and many safe-ty factors, the paper has put forward the reciprocating compressor integrity management, and discusses its ideas and key management issues. It is emphasized that data is the key and foundation of integrity management, keeping the reciprocating compressor always in the safe operating state by using reasonable maintenance cycle is the goal. With the ideas of integrity management to manage the re-ciprocating compressor, it will contribute to reduce and prevent fault occur, and ensure its safe and stable operation.
