一种基于行为和航迹特征的室内定位方法研究

         

摘要

In this paper, we studied and analyzed the fingerprint localization algorithm based on Wi-Fi.And based on the application of LBS, we need to solve the problems of the fingerprinting localization algorithms in the offline stage and the real-time positioning stage and improve the reliability and effectiveness of the indoor positioning.Based on the study on the behavior characteristics of the target in the whole process, we propose a localization algorithm based on pedestrian track and behavior characteristics.In the case of a small amount of AP, the algorithm makes full use of pedestrian walking, turning and track continuity and other characteristics to assist in positioning.At the same time the algorithm collects a large number of positioning data generated by the pedestrian in the positioning process, and forms the historical reference information to realize the positioning.Under the premise of ensuring the positioning accuracy of the system, it greatly reduces the positioning cost of the system and to a certain extent, enhances the positioning accuracy of the system.Experiments show that the algorithm is superior to WiFi-FP algorithm in positioning accuracy in the case of different AP number.%对基于Wi-Fi的指纹定位算法进行了深入研究和分析,并以LBS的应用为研究背景,解决指纹定位算法在离线阶段和实时定位阶段所存在的问题及提高室内定位的可靠性和有效性为研究目标.在对被定位目标在整个过程中所表现的行为特征研究的基础上提出一种基于行人航迹和行为特征的定位算法.该算法在有少量AP的情况下,充分利用行人的行走、转向以及轨迹连续性等特征来辅助定位,同时收集定位过程中行人产生的大量定位数据,形成历史参考信息来实现定位.在保证系统定位精度的前提下,极大缩减了系统的定位成本并在一定程度上提升了系统的定位精度.实验表明,在不同AP数量的情况下,该算法在定位精度上明显优于WiFi-FP等算法.
