异构数据驱动和UML融合的供应链智能控制系统设计

         

摘要

为了提高供应链的管理水平和商品利用率等性能,基于供应量过程异构数据驱动模型,融合UML智能控制器,构建了供应链智能控制系统.首先,通过收集供应链的管理过程产生的大量数据,以提高控制效率和精度为目的,对过程大数据进行分类并与控制过程建立有机联系,提出线性特征求解二维平面和数据驱动的动态拓扑,构建异构数据驱动模型.接着,借助UML语言,将供应链异构数据内部结构与供应链过程进行描述与建模,并且将异构数据驱动的效应分布式泛化到各个供应链子进程,设计了UML融合机制.最后,给出了数据驱动UML融合嵌入式控制流程和供应链智能控制系统工作步骤.仿真实验对比了所提出的供应链智能控制系统和参数化驱动的控制系统在控制效果、控制收益和商品利用率等方面性能.结果表明,所提出的供应链控制系统性能更佳.%In order to improve the management level of the supply chain and the utilization of goods and other properties,we have built a supply chain intelligent control system.The system is based on the heterogeneous data-driven model of the supply process and the fusion UML intelligent controller.First,we collected the large amount of data generated by the management process of the supply chain,classified it and established an organic connection with the control process to improve the control efficiency and accuracy.Besides,we proposed linear features to solve two dimensional and data-driven dynamic topologies,and constructed heterogeneous data-driven models.Second,we described and modeled the supply chain heterogeneous data internal structure and supply chain process using UML language.Furthermore,we generalized the heterogeneous data-driven effects into each supply chain process,and designed the UML fusion mechanism.Finally,the paper gave the steps of data-driven UML fusion embedded control flow and supplied chain intelligent control system.Simulation experiments are carried out to compare the performance of the intelligent control system of the supply chain and the control system driven by the parameter in the control effect,the control benefit and the commodity utilization ratio.The results show that the performance of the proposed supply chain control system is better.
