WebGIS(万维网地理信息系统)的应用日趋广泛.在分析目前消防部队对消防模拟训练现状以及不足的基础上,提出建立基于WebGIS的消防网上合成训练系统的必要性和重要性,然后详细介绍系统总体设计、数据库的设计、系统实现.尤其对系统结构的层次划分和设计进行了详细的介绍.系统应用WebGIS、计算机网络技术、数据库技术等,实现了对消防部队训练的网上操作.实践表明该系统具有很好的应用价值.%The application of WebGIS (web-based geographic information system) becomes increasingly widespread. In this paper we present that it is necessary and important to establish the WebGIS-based online synthetic firefighting training system based on the analysis of the status quo of fire brigade in simulated firefighting training and the deficiencies. Then we introduce in detail the overall design of the system, database design and system implementation, the emphases is put on the hierarchical division and design of the system structure. By applying the technologies of WsbGIS, computer network and database, the system achieves the online operation of training by the fire brigade. Practice shows that the system has good applied value.
