基于FLUENT的天然气扩散模拟软件研发

         

摘要

The leakage and diffusion of natural gas can be precisely simulated by FLUENT, which, however, is not widely used because of its complicate parameters settings and high requirement on users. In the paper, we establish correlated diffusion model and database and develop a set of simulation software for natural gas diffusion, these are achieved by tbe secondary development of FLUENT, which implements the communication between FLUENT and advanced programming language Visual Basic through Scheme interface programming, and integrates various information including topography and geomorphology, environmental conditions and composition of natural, etc. Using this software, the FLUENT is invoked at background to simulate the diffusion of natural gas after all the parameters have been set on interactive interface, the simulation results are able to display on users interface. This application integrates the practical projects, has friend interface and is easy to use, it can economise the time of general engineering and technical personnel. Moreover, it improves the universality and promptness of the numerical simulation software in gas leakage and diffusion.%FLUENT程序能精确模拟天然气的泄漏扩散,但由于此类计算软件对使用者要求高且参数设置复杂,因此应用并不普遍.对FLUENT进行二次开发,通过Scheme界面编程实现了FLUENT和高级程序语言VB的通信,并整合地形地貌、环境条件及气体组成等多种信息,建立相关扩散模型和数据库,开发出一套天然气扩散模拟软件.软件实现了在交互界面进行参数设置后,调用FLUENT程序在后台模拟天然气的扩散,并把模拟结果输出显现到用户界面.该应用软件结合工程实际,界面友好简单实用,可节省一般工程技术人员的时间,增强数值模拟软件在气体泄漏扩散中的通用性和快捷性.
