However, due to continuous innovation of product and service delivery, enterprises prefer more intelligent portals, which is a hot issue nowadays. The paper, focusing on how to utilize SAP Web Dynpro development tool and ABAP, an intrinsic development language of SAP, discusses the approaches and implementations of service-providing intelligent portal development based on SaaS thought.
