油气无人值守生产信息综合平台体系结构研究

         

摘要

针对气田偏远井场,采集和传输面临困难的问题,通过引入北斗卫星,设计并实现了面向数字气田的无人值守信息采集平台体系结构.重点讨论北斗卫星传输方式,3G+ APN+ VPN的安全传输通道等传输技术、形成基于元数据网格服务、数据变化率的自适应数据压缩以及基于请求和数据缓冲交换等关键技术.这些技术应用在油气生产实际中,产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益,其实现为其他行业无线应用提供了一种新的方案.%Aiming at the problem of data acquisition and transmission encountered in remote gas-fields, an unmanned SCADA platform architecture for digital gas-fields is designed and implemented by introducing the Beidou satellite. The emphasis is put on discussing the transformation techniques such as the transmission mode of Beidou satellite, secure transformation channel of 3G + APN + VPN and so on, and forms key technologies including adapted data compression based on metadata grid service and data change rate as well as data exchange based on demanding and cache. Applying these technologies in practical oil and gas production has gained significant benefits in both economical and social sectors, moreover, the implementation of it provides a new scheme for other industries in wireless applications.
