一种用于SO3光谱测量系统中光程池的设计

         

摘要

Spectroscopic method presents the advantages of high sensitivity,stability,reliability and accuracy as a new type of SO3 detection method. Multipass optical absorption cell,the important part of the system,affects the detection performance of the system. According to the chemical properties of SO3 and the Herriott type,a multipass optical absorption cell is designed for the mid-infrared region in SO3. It finally achieves 11.5 meters long optical path based on the length of 0.25m through the light path trac?ing and analysis of the beam transmission times. It also considers the corrosion resistance,simple and stable light path and easy to be adjusted. It is proved to be suitable for the application of Spectroscopic method.%光谱测量方法作为新型SO3检测方法,呈现出了高灵敏度、稳定、可靠、准确等优点.光程池作为系统的重要部件,影响着整个系统检测性能.论文依据SO3的化学特性,采用Herriott池结构原理,设计出了针对于SO3中红外气体检测系统的光程池结构,通过光路追迹,分析光束传输次数,最后确定了在0.25m长的基础上实现了11.5m的光程,且具有耐腐蚀、光路简单稳定、易调节的特点,适用于光谱测量法的应用.
