For acquiring the position and velocity of the mobile interference localization exactly ,the model of double‐star position system for mobile interference localization is set up .The model has three functions ,the time different of arrival (TDOA) function ,the frequency different of arrival (FDOA ) function ,and the function based on geometic relationship . TDOA is generated through satellite interference’s main lobe and side lobe signal transmitting from different satellite tran‐sponder and different downlink or uplink lines .FDOA is the Doppler frequency offset which is generated through the main satellite and secondary satellite’s different perturbations phenomena in orbit .And then ,the calculate method and steps based on the least squares method were given .At last ,this paper gives an example which demonstrates the validity of the model .%为准确给出移动干扰源的位置与速度,依据多普勒频移原理分别计算了干扰源经主星、邻星链路到达观测站的频率,并由此给出了频率差(FDOA)与时间差(TDOA)表达式,利用 FDOA 、TDOA 表达式以及移动干扰源的位置关系建立了移动干扰源双星定位模型。利用最小二乘法给出了模型计算方法与步骤,最后通过实例计算验证了模型的有效性。
