Under analyzing the demand influence factors of initial spare parts ,is put forward when the life span of cells are different ,the single cell and multiple cells’ demand forecast model based on spare parts supportability .In the end ,the application validates that the model is effective and practical .The result can supply a theory basis for rotatable spare parts in‐itial support .%论文在分析初始备件需求影响因素的基础上，给出了当单元寿命分布不同时，基于备件保障概率的单个单元和多个单元初始备件需求预测模型，经示例分析，验证了该模型的可行性和有效性，该结果可为初始备件精确保障提供理论依据。
