In the modern enterprise production activities ,materials will circulate among departments or in the internal of department ,general materials management software do not fully meet the business requirements will result in materials loss ,low efficiency and other issues ,not meeting the information needs of enterprises .The difficulties and problems that ap‐peared in the respect of enterprises manage materials at current are analyzed ,and the needs of business process on the actual are analyzed and investigated .Workflow technology ,Things of Internet information transmission characteristics are re‐searched ,and the thought of Things of Internet net‐information transmission are combined with the characteristics of ware‐house supplies information ,by redefining the properties of materials and materials .A new management model based on net‐information flow is designed ,and a material management system is achieved .%在现代企业生产活动中，物资会在各部门之间或部门内部流转，一般的物资管理软件并不能完全符合企业要求，会导致物资丢失，工作效率低下等问题，不符合企业的信息化需求。分析了目前企业在管理物资方面的出现的困难和问题，对企业实际物资管理过程的需求进行分析调查。研究了工作流技术，物联网网络信息传输的特点，结合物联网网络信息传输的思想和仓库物资信息的特点，通过对物资和物资的属性重新定义，研究并设计出一种基于网络信息流管理模型，在此基础上实现了一套物资管理系统。
