基于虚拟现实的化工厂救援客观推理系统设计

     

摘要

为解决化工企业传统应急救援演练的局限性,提出基于虚拟现实技术的客观推理仿真机制。以操作设备为客观推理驱动对象,通过分析文字预案关键操作提取演练的逻辑前件、后件和表达式条件,构建以设备为对象的逻辑推演关系,包括正向推演、表达式推演、可逆推演和多分支推演。以客观推理机带动预案脚本,结合虚拟现实技术对化工安全的应急救援过程进行仿真实现,系统运行结果表明,以设备为对象的客观推理机制令脚本预案摆脱了既定任务流程,客观推理机根据设备实际操作触发满足条件的分支流程,提高了应急演练的多样性和适应性。%To solve the limitation problem of traditional emergency rescue drills of chemical enterprises,an obj ective inference simulation mechanism based on virtual reality (VR)technology was proposed.The operating equipment was treated as objects of inference and the logic relationship was built which contained forward inference,expression inference,reversible inference and multi-branch inference between the operations according to the text drill.Combining the objective inference with the emergency rescue drills,virtual reality technology was used to simulate the whole emergency rescue process.Results of the system opera-tion show the proposed mechanism make script drills get rid of the established process.According to actual operation,the obj ec-tive reference can trigger different branches which meet the conditions.This mechanism improves the variety and adaptation of emergency rescue drills.
