基于声波的放顶煤过程自动控制系统

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of the absence of detecting blockings during top‐coal caving ,the automatic control system was established .The acoustic signals were de‐noised using the wavelet and decomposed using the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) .The discrete Hilbert transform method and the transient energy calculation method were proposed ,the recognition of coal gangue scale and blocking fault diagnosis were solved .Experimental results show that the proposed method can recognize the scale of coal gangue ,realize the on‐line detection of gangue scale and the blocking feature recognition ,and improve the caving rate .%由于目前缺少能够检测综采工作面放煤过程中堵煤、卡煤故障的方法,提出一种放顶煤开采放煤过程的自动化控制系统。提取放煤过程的声音信号进行小波降噪,进行经验模态分解,提出离散的 Hilbert变换的方法及瞬时能量的计算,完成放煤过程中煤矸混放比例的识别及堵煤、卡煤故障诊断。实验结果表明,该方法能识别出煤矸混合比例,实现了矸石含量的在线检测及堵煤、卡煤故障特征识别,提高了放煤效率。
