基于GPRS的医药品温度监测报警系统设计与实现

         

摘要

Aimed at the requirement to the temperature management of pharmaceuticals,a design of remote distributed temperature monitoring and warning system based on GPRS and Ethernet network is proposed and implemented.The overall design scheme is introduced.The embedded development is used to control ARM microprocessor and GPRS module,to transit data to the remote control center.The application development based on MVC module and double layers database monitors the collection,the process,the storage,the transmission of pharmaceuticals temperature.Experiments prove that the system can monitor temperature real-time,adjust temperature measurement inaccuracy,warn by sound and light,by sending SMS and e-mail.The system is stable,storing data is intact,expansibility of monitoring scale is good,the inaccuracy of the measured temperature is between ±0.2℃,which comply with temperature monitoring requirements for pharmaceuticals management.%针对医药品温度监测的需求,设计并实现了基于GPRS和Ethernet网络的远程分布式温度监测报警系统.介绍了系统的软硬件总体设计,通过ARM系统、GPRS模块、远程数据传输的嵌入式开发,以及基于MVC模式和双层数据库设置的应用系统开发,实现了对医药品温度的采集、处理、存储、传输的报警监测过程.实验结果表明,该系统实现了实时监测温度,调整测温误差,进行声光报警、SMS报警以及发送电子邮件报警等功能.通信成本较低,保存数据完整性好,易于扩大监测规模,可以准确地进行温度的预警预报,测得温度误差在±0.2℃之间,符合医药品温度监测的需求.
