模糊自适应滤波器在电磁超声检测中的研究

         

摘要

为了有效解决在强噪声背景及复杂电磁环境下提取微弱超声信号的问题,设计了一种基于LMS算法的改进型滤波器.分析了一般LMS自适应滤波器的缺点,并在其基础上,引入模糊控制算法和插值算法,使得滤波器的步长因子能够快速随外部参数的变化而变化,提高了滤波器的采样精度.利用MATLAB对新型滤波器进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,新型滤波器能更有效抑制强噪声,提取有效弱信号,并能进一步提高自适应滤波器的鲁棒性、收敛速度和检测精度.%To solve the problem of extracting the weak ultrasonic signals in the strong noise and the complex electromagnetic environment more effectively. An improved filter based on LMS algorithm is designed. The shortcomings of the general LMS adaptive filter is analyzed. Fuzzy control algorithm and interpolation algorithm are introduced. The step factor is changed with the variation of external parameters. The sampling accuracy of the filter is improved at the same time. MATLAB is used to simulate the new filter. The experimental results show that the new filter can inhibit the noise, extract the weak signals more effectively, and it can improve the robustness, convergence speed and detecting accuracy further.
