In order to accurately understand the semantics of digital certificates，this article defines a formal system which is used to analyze the meaning of certificate．Besides，two examples which utilize the system to reason are explained．%为了对证书的语义有一个准确的理解，本文定义了一个形式化系统。利用形式化的表述方法对证书作了分析。文章还列举了两个利用该系统进行推理的例子。
