以特定领域(防洪调度)软件设计为研究背景，结合分布式对象计算技术和基于构件的软件开发思想，提出了一种基于地理信息系统的开放式应用软件体系结构，并着重论述了具体实现中涉及到的关键技术.%Focused on the design of a special domain of flood control as the study background, by the combination of distributed object computing technology and the idea ofeomponent-based software development, an open application software architecture which based on GIS is presented in this paper. And the key technology in implementing this architecture is discussed.
