文章针对企业所存在的具体问题，设计了系统建设前、中、后三阶段的信息系统评价体系，时系统的规划分析、建设实施和应用改进等方面进行评价，旨在促进信息系统价值实现的最大化。在此基础上，文章进一步介绍了采用SSH轻量级框架技术以及Ajax异步处理技术对IS评价系统进行设计和实现的相关问题。%Aims at the problems that have been found, this paper forwards a IS （information system） evaluation index system that takes different stages, names before, in the midst of; after the construction into account. This index system follows plan and analysis, construction and deployment, application and development closely, and is expected to maximize the value of an IS. Furthermore, this paper go on to discuss the design and implement of a supporting system of IS evaluation.
