基于模型定义的零件数据集三坐标测量信息获取

         

摘要

为实现三维环境下零件三坐标测量检测信息的获取,以零件模型的基于模型的定义数据集表示为获取对象,探讨基于模型的定义技术在检测信息获取中的应用.通过分析零件基于模型的定义数据集中检测信息的构成,基于公差标注进行关联几何信息定义,以公差项目、关联几何特征与模型基准/坐标系作为测量信息构成元素并定义关联关系,建立了基于零件模型的定义数据集的测量信息表示模型.依据测量信息构成及其表示模型,确定零件检测信息识别和提取流程.在通用三维CAD软件Pro/E环境下,通过定制相应的数据获取工具,以一个获取实例说明了针对零件基于模型的定义数据集的检测信息获取方法和过程.%To acquire parts' coordinate measuring information in 3D environment,the application of Model Based Definition (MBD) technique in the measuring information acquirement with MBD dataset representation as the acquiring object was discussed.Through analyzing the structure of inspection information in MBD dataset,the relevant geometric information was defined on the basis of tolerance annotation.The tolerance items,relevant geometric features and model datum/coordinate system were taken as the measuring information constitutive elements to define the related relationship,and the representation model of parts measuring information based on MBD dataset was established.According to measuring information composition and representation model,the process of parts' inspection information identification and extraction was determined.Through customizing the corresponding data extracting tool in 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) software Pro/E,the parts' inspection information acquiring method and process with respect to MBD dataset was presented with an acquiring example.
