Basic concepts and patterns of workflow were briefly introduced,and basic processes and current status of telecommunication service provisioning system were presented.To realize rapid customization and flexible deployment,improve the interaction capability and the response time of service provisioning system,how to apply workflow technologies to telecommunication service provisioning system were discussed.Experimental results indicated that Oracle Provisioning was the most suitable workflow engine for telecommunication service provisioning system.%介绍了工作流的基本概念和基本模式、电信服务开通系统的基本流程和开通现状,探讨了如何将工作流引擎应用到服务开通系统中,实现电信业务流程的快速定制和灵活部署,提升服务开通系统的交互能力和响应速度。实验结果表明,Oracle Provisioning是目前最适合电信服务开通系统的一款工作流引擎。
