To improve the efficiency of Web service composition based on Quality of Service(QoS),a Web service composition method based on local QoS Optimization was put forward.The candidate service space of Web service composition was reduced by local QoS optimization.The QoS-based Web service composition problem was modeled as a integer programming problem,in which the Web services derived from local QoS optimization,were taken as the new candidate service space for service composition,and the aggregated utility value of Web service composite solution,was recruited as the objective function which should be maximized,and the users' QoS constraints were employed as the constraint conditions.Finally,solved the integer programming problem,and a QoS near-optimization Web service composite solution was obtained,which was bound to the service composition engine for the concrete execution of cross-organizational business process.Effectiveness of the method was verified by simulation experiment.%为提高基于服务质量的Web服务组合效率,提出一种基于局部服务质量优化的Web服务组合方法。通过局部服务质量优化缩小Web服务组合的候选服务空间,以局部服务质量优化后的Web服务作为服务组合的新候选服务空间,以Web服务组合方案的聚合效用值作为最大化目标函数,以用户提出的全局服务质量约束作为约束条件,将基于服务质量的Web服务组合问题建模为一个整数规划问题。最后,求解该整数规划问题,得到一个近似服务质量最优的Web服务组合方案,将该Web服务组合方案绑定到服务组合引擎,参与跨组织业务流程的具体执行。通过仿真实验验证了所提方法的有效性。
