基于LXI的热电阻与热电偶信号故障注入器设计

         

摘要

With testability verification experiments plays an increasing important role in maintenance of equipment,use fault injector to achieve fault injection is the main method in current testability verification experiments based on fault injection.Thermal resistance and thermocouple signal as common type of signals in equipment has multiple features in terms of high precision,small amplitude and slow change,which makes it difficult for a common analog signal fault injector to meet the requirements of fault injection.In order to satisfy the requirements of automatic fault injection of this type of signal in testability verification of equipment,the fault injector of thermal resistance and thermocouple signals based on LXI has been designed.By connecting the fault injector in series into the thermal resistance and thermocouple signals transmission lines,simulating the faults of a variety of thermal resistances and thermocouples signal during the transmission,the simulation of the thermal resistance and thermocouple signals in the device under test is achieved.The validity and stability has been fully verified by applying the fault injector to control unit testability verification experiment of a certain engine.Currently,the fault injector has been applied to the testability verification experiments in many types of equipment and it brings good promotional value and application prospects.%随着测试性验证试验在装备维修保障过程中发挥的作用日益重要,采用故障注入器实现故障注入,是当前基于故障注入的测试性验证试验的主要故障注入方式;作为当前装备中常见信号类型的热电阻与热电偶信号,因具有精度高、幅度小、缓变等特点,导致通用的模拟信号故障注入器较难以满足要求;为满足装备试验中该类型信号自动故障注入的需求,设计了基于LXI的热电阻与热电偶信号故障注入器;通过将故障注入器串接入热电阻和热电偶信号传输线路,模拟多种热电阻和热电偶信号传输过程中的故障类型,实现对被测设备热电阻和热电偶信号的仿真;通过对某型发动机控制单元开展的测试性验证试验中应用该故障注入器进行故障注入,充分验证了该故障注入器的有效性与稳定性;目前该故障注入器已应用于多类型装备的测试性验证试验中,具有良好的推广价值和应用前景.
